Returns Policy
Should you wish to return an item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for a refund, credit or exchange.
Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is broken/damaged/faulty/incorrect.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 7 days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.
If the item/s is unsuitable please communicate to make the necessary return arrangements.
If you would like to return any item/s, a collection fee of R99 will apply should Nicci arrange the return on your behalf. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own return courier at their own cost.
One may also return/exchange their order at any Nicci store at no additional fee.
Should you wish to exchange an item through our online store for a different size or style, the original item must first be returned for a refund. A new order can then be placed for the preferred item.
Refunds for online orders are to be done through Nicci head office and cannot be processed on store level.
Online goods needing to be returned from outlying areas may incur additional return fees.
If one is unsure if they fall within an outlying area please contact orders@nicci.co.za for assistance.
Refunds
Refunds will be in the original method of payment.
Refunds take 1- 5 working days, after receipt of goods by Nicci, to process. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.

Delivery
1 to 3 working days – Gauteng
3 to 5 working days – Main Cities
5 to working 7 – Outlying Areas
Actual Shipping times may vary slightly.
Orders under the value of R1800-00 are subject to R99-00 delivery fee.
Free delivery for orders from R1800-00.
Delivery fees to outlying areas will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery will be made to South African street addresses only.
An order is considered complete as soon as it is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address.
Any query relating to the order must be advised to Nicci within 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
In the event of goods being lost in transit, Nicci has the option to either replace the missing goods or refund the customer.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Coupon codes / Promotions
Discount codes will not be applicable to items which are on sale.
Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Please note that coupon codes are not applicable when purchasing gift cards.
Products
Please note the stock of all items on offer is limited. Any order is subject to the item not being sold out, in which event Nicci may remove such item from your basket.
The purchase shall be complete only when the payment has been processed fully and Nicci has received the money. If payment fails, for any reason, the purchase shall not be successful.
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
Cooling off (cancellation policy)
A cooling off period applies to all purchases, prior to the order being dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
Service disruption
Nicci reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to be online continuously, we cannot exclude cases in which the webpage may be unavailable. In rare cases this may cause data loss.
Nicci cannot be held liable for cross-browser incompatibilities that cause checkout or payment failures.
Intellectual property
Nicci retains all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the “Property Protection”). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by Nicci. This includes, but is not limited to copying any style or design.
Termination/cancellation of orders
Nicci reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.
Changes in General Conditions
Nicci reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time.
We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
Security
Anyone downloading or trying to download malware or damaging coding on this site, or who tries to gain unauthorised access to any page on this site, will be prosecuted. Nicci will claim civil damages from such person if Nicci suffers any damage or loss.
All credit card transactions on the site are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and reinforced by various encryption processes with the aim of offering the most effective possible protection of any sensitive information. Nicci has no access to any confidential information regarding your payment method. Only the banking partner of Nicci will have access to confidential information (such as your credit card number, expiry date, CVV etc.).

Nicci will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
