When will my order be ready to collect?
Credit card payments: Orders will be ready for collection within 2–3 days.
EFT payments: Orders will be ready for collection 2–3 days after the payment has been
received. Please email your proof of payment to orders@nicci.co.za.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
How long will my order be held?
Once ready and notified, your order will be held for 7 days.
What proof of purchase do I need to bring?
Please have your order number ready—either on your smartphone or as a printed copy.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Please ensure they have your order number at the time of collection.
Can I return an item after collection?
Absolutely. To arrange a refund or exchange, please email orders@nicci.co.za
