• Members earn 1 loyalty point for every R100 spent (R100 = 1 point).
• Loyalty points are earned in stores and online. 
• Loyalty points can be redeemed in stores and online.
• Loyalty points are not earned on the purchase of sale merchandise.
• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against sale merchandise.
• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on any item that forms part of another promotion or special offer.
• Loyalty points are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another loyalty account.
• Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, after which any unused points will automatically expire.
• Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
