Orders under the value of R1800-00 are subject to R99-00 delivery fee. Free delivery for orders from R1800-00. Shipping fees are not refundable. If a delivery address is situated within an outlaying area the delivery cost may vary.

Should you wish to return an item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for a refund, credit or exchange. The goods will only be accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt by the purchaser. The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact. Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore no refunds will be processed for these products unless the product is broken/damaged/faulty/incorrect.
If you would like to return the item/s there will be a fee of R99 to the customer to arrange the collection.
One may also return/exchange their order at any Nicci store at no additional fee.
Should you wish to exchange an item through our online store for a different size or style, the original item must first be returned for a refund. A new order can then be placed for the preferred item.
Online goods needing to be returned from outlying areas may incur additional return fees.
If one is unsure if they fall within an outlying area please contact orders@nicci.co.za for assistance.

Refunds for online orders will be made in the original method of payment. Refunds take 1- 5 working days, after receipt of goods by Nicci, to process. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account. Refunds are not permitted for in store purchases, customers are welcome to an exchange or store credit if items are returned within 7 days.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
